1. Digital Products and Online Courses

Due to the digital nature of our courses, tutorials, and downloadable content, returns are not applicable once access has been granted. However, we do offer a refund policy under specific conditions. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details.

2. Physical Products (if applicable)

If TheEduEdge offers any physical products (books, study materials, merchandise, etc.), returns will be accepted under the following conditions:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.

  • The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a proof of purchase.

Return shipping costs will be borne by TheEduEdge only if the return is due to our error (damaged or wrong item). For all other cases, the shipping cost will be the responsibility of the buyer.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Downloadable content such as PDFs, ebooks, and audio files.

  • Online classes, webinars, and coaching sessions once accessed or attended.

  • Customized learning solutions or services.

4. How to Initiate a Return

  • Order ID and product details

  • Reason for return

  • Supporting photos (for damaged/incorrect items)
